We’re always seeking new ways to bring global influences into our projects, creating spaces that are as unique and varied as the cultures that inspire them. Our latest renovation project takes us on a design journey to the vibrant and enchanting world of Morocco and the Middle East. With its rich history, intricate craftsmanship, and deep, earthy color palettes, this design style offers endless possibilities for creating a home that is both inviting and visually stunning.
Moroccan design is not just about color or pattern; it's about creating a feeling of warmth, depth, and timeless elegance.
For this renovation, our goal is to capture the essence of Moroccan and Middle Eastern aesthetics while adapting it to a contemporary context. We’re planning to incorporate signature elements like traditional zellige tiles, with their geometric patterns and rich hues, to bring a touch of history and craftsmanship into the space. The walls will feature warm, earthy tones such as terracotta, ochre, and deep teal, evoking the natural landscapes of the region. Arched doorways and carved wood accents will provide architectural interest, while soft, layered textiles in luxurious fabrics like silk and linen will add comfort and texture, creating a cozy yet refined atmosphere.
Lighting will play a crucial role in our design, with an emphasis on ornate metal lanterns, cut-out patterns, and strategically placed sconces to cast beautiful, intricate shadows throughout the space. We’re also excited to incorporate traditional Middle Eastern furniture pieces, such as low, hand-carved wooden tables, plush poufs, and intricately inlaid cabinets that bring a sense of authenticity and warmth. By blending these traditional elements with a modern sensibility, we aim to create a space that honors the rich heritage of Moroccan and Middle Eastern design while offering a fresh, contemporary take that feels both luxurious and livable.
